QBO Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the QBO platform. All users must comply with this policy when accessing or using QBO.

Permitted Use

QBO may be used to run lawful workloads on authorized infrastructure in accordance with applicable agreements and system configurations.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use QBO to:

  • Engage in illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt infrastructure, services, or other users
  • Deploy malware, botnets, or malicious workloads
  • Abuse, bypass, or attempt to circumvent platform controls or security mechanisms
  • Use the platform in violation of export control or sanctions regulations
  • Infrastructure and Resource Use

Users must operate within the defined hardware configuration and system limits associated with their deployment. Attempts to exceed, manipulate, or misuse allocated infrastructure are not permitted.

Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of QBO complies with all applicable legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements, including export controls and data handling policies.

Enforcement

QBO reserves the right to investigate violations of this policy and to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion.

Updates

QBO may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
